My manager is trusting, encouraging, and supportive, and seems to genuinely care about the humans on her team. Additionally, she is a talented marketing professional who is easy to respect and trust in return. I'm able to do my job with confidence, knowing I have the tools, time, and resources I need to do it well.

Cons

Because we mostly work remotely, it's hard to see how other departments operate and get to know colleagues on other teams.
