Pros

At the start of my two years it was great, senior team kept everyone up to date with company details, Friday night drinks was regular thing.

Cons

The last year and half it has been quickly going down hill. Poor training, you are expected to know everything within a quick hour a day for a week training session then get pulled up when you make a mistake. Very sales oriented. If you aren’t in the sales team or RLAS team then you get forgotten about. Poor management and poor communication. No one knows what’s happening. It’s a mess and a massive joke.
