-Good benefits ie. beer fridge to use after work, great Christmas gifts, a Barista, good socials - Great offices - Work hard and get rewarded... eventually

Cons

-Pay was not good enough - Felt like being at school - Would not invest in lower level staff development - Cliquey environment - Huge pay disparity between colleagues doing the same job but working in London office instead of Woking. Woking hardly a cheap place to live/commute to.
