Free lunch, 2x desktops provided-1 for the office & 1 for working from home, team culture, Edward - VIC property services team leader is hands down the best manager I have ever encountered

Cons

managers mean well but become very over-bearing very quickly, stats are the only things that count - no matter if your system crashes and IT struggles to fix it, best not to have family/roommates or children around if you need to work from home

The owner is rich as f**k and loves boats, so we get to go on boats. Very inclusive enivronment and very friendly staff

Cons

Lots of legacy code to deal with, while we are migrating to newer more interesting stuff.
