Can easily say they’re the best company I’ve worked for. They listen to you and are there to help any time which is very comforting when stepping into a new role/work place. Especially within the Barista/Admin role, you work closely with the People Team who are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone that I’ve interacted with throughout all 3 offices as well as remote has been really lovely! Show they care about employees with the rewards they give as well as just things within the office like snacks and monthly lunches! Overall a very enjoyable atmosphere in the offices throughout the working day.
