The only thing that is of concern is the parental leave policy. The company prides itself on being innovative, progressive and supportive, with one of the core values being we care about the people we work with. While this is shown in plenty of areas within the business, the parental policy (or lack of) is abysmal and contradictory to the whole companies mantra.
I love it here, but as I’m getting closer to a time in my life where starting a family may become a reality, if the policy didn’t change I would strongly consider leaving for another company even with waiting periods where as a parent I’d feel supported and valued in my decision to start a family and that I’m not less valuable for wanting this.
