Pros

Sure there are perks like food, coffee, gym, etc., but I think the biggest perk is the culture. 4 years in I still really enjoy coming to work because of the wonderful people I’m surrounded in. They tell you at the interviews that they’re protective of the culture and it’s easy to see why. I also love how they look to develop people internally for career progression with internal programs for those who show initiative & desire to progress.

Cons

Sometimes the fast pace can make your head spin a little but you get time to catch your breath. If you like to coast through a job, this isn’t the place for you. InfoTrack doesn’t do mediocre.

- Nice team - Friendly environment - can't complain about anyone in the office as everyone was - great. - Free coffee - Free gym membership - Friday night drinks - Regular events

Cons

For a company that has 4000 + products the training is very poor, with little ongoing support. Managers and 2IC have different training methods so there is always a push-pull, and the employee is the one that suffers. Self training platform is clunky and inefficient.
