Pros

There's all the obvious benefits you'll read about below. The coffees, the gym membership and free breakfasts and regular drink nights. I really enjoy more than anything else the people I work with. InfoTrack has through my time here always very carefully selected new staff that would fit the culture best and I've always enjoyed coming to work with my team. If you are picked to come work at InfoTrack, you will be joining a team that supports you and will help you at the drop of a hat!

Cons

It can become very intense, but thats sales.

People - staff are amazing and there is little segregation between departments Perks - cafe, gym membership, after-work events Internal staff development - promotions from within Great product - clients are easy to deal with (mostly!) Listens to feedback - management has worked hard to improve culture over time

Cons

Hard work - you won't get a free ride here Changes can be quick and you have to be ready to adapt
