The team is vibrant, diverse and always keen to learn more. Management understand that it is people who make the culture great, and therefore put the needs of their team first before anything. The company is dedicated to its culture and as a result there are a lot of great people working across the business that are friendly and make it a fun place to work. There is also a strong focus on growing people which you can see from the amount of people that are promoted from within.

- Genuine, honest, smart, approachable & caring CEO - 'Feels like home' culture - Cafe, gym memberships, free lunches etc - Good career progression as most managers and execs have been promoted from within with alot of cross departmental transfers - Constant, transparent and honest updates during COVID given weekly by the CEO with chance for anyone to ask any question they like directly to him

Cons

Employees actually complain about free perks (why can't we get this gym for free instead, why can't we get this lunch for free instead, why is the line for the cafe so long)
