      They know how to spend money

      Cons

      leadership comes off as aloof and unapologetic and apathetic when making tough decisions. they claim to be saving to invest by laying off ~100 people and cutting software (breaking contracts left and right). But at the same time are hiring many VPs and promoting people. There was a travel freeze that only a few teams adhered to. They claim to do everything backed by data but never produce data to show that any of their decisions have any basis other than someone's opinion.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Leadership teams must often make very difficult decisions, and it is important for them to be communicated in an empathetic, transparent fashion. While we have tried to do this with recent changes, we may not have hit the mark.
