It’s important for us to reassess and adjust our strategy with an eye toward the future on a regular basis. With the addition of our new CEO, we are currently in a time of change within the company. Under his leadership, we have solid strategy in place to help us grow and maintain our top spot in the industry.

2yThank you for your comment. To help us better meet the evolving needs of our customers, we decided to embed post-sales customer support into other parts of the organization, which will allow our account teams, technical pre-sales teams, professional services teams, and renewal teams to focus on the entire customer journey rather than just a component of the journey. Unfortunately, this change did affect the CSM team members. While eliminating roles is always a tough decision, we are doing our best to support the affected employees through severance pay, outplacement services, and of course other internal job opportunities.
