Sales management is fair, supportive and cares about the team. Excellent products, good support , training and sales engineers.

Cons

A lot of process and reporting has been added some of which seems to be unnecessary.

Infoblox is a fun place to work. I love my job and my boss. Coworkers are always friendly and helpful. The culture is fun and hep, lots of free food for employees, free gym, massages bi weekly etc. I am very happy working at Infoblox.

Cons

Some processes are not that productive, needs to update on processes.

Pros

A strong emphasis on health and well-being through many wellness events (farmer's market etc) and healthy living/eating advice. Enjoy many of the onsite trainers, events, clubs and fitness equipment that help to maintain a positive work life balance. Enjoy the emphasis on culture here at Infoblox through the efforts of the culture club and the culture survey. Feel as if employees' opinions are listened to and acted upon.

Cons

A top heavy organization with many individuals in the VP, Director or Manager position which puts increased pressure on the smaller individual contributor population. Tendency for many individuals to deflect responsibilities to maintain the status quo. No drive or ambition to take on projects/challenges and push outside of their comfort zone and drive innovation.
