Pros

I have enjoyed working at Infoblox for the past year. The teams and people I work with are great. I have worked with a lot of engineers and manager in the enterprise network space and Infoblox by far has the most talented employees. The leadership seems to have a clear goal as to the direction of the company and have a clear path to reaching that goal. Some of the benefits are: - Team outings - Flexible work hours (very good work/life balance) - Onsite perks like a gym and basketball court - A beautiful clean office - A generally positive environment

Cons

There are a few cons but not many. Sometimes executive commits can cause very tough deadlines to meet. Infloblox tends to lean towards decision by committee where it takes too meetings to decide on a strategy.
