Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the training, teammate support, and culture have made a strong impression so early on. While we do not have a local office in every region, we aim to make remote work feel connected and well supported through onboarding, coaching, and strong collaboration across teams. We appreciate you. Thank you for BEing Infoblox!

Pros

• Polite, humble, and experienced long-tenured engineers (4+ years) who are great to collaborate with. • The company is making efforts toward modernisation and innovation, including early steps in AI initiatives. • Average-to-competitive pay with decent overall benefits. • Perks such as free lunch, metro feeder service, and quarterly team lunches.

Cons

• Management often sets unrealistic deadlines, and in the name of “innovation” tries to push too many features without fully considering long-term reliability or system impact. • Frequent late-night meetings due to leadership and key decision-makers operating in the PST time zone. • Work-life balance is inconsistent across teams, and in many cases largely absent due to shifting priorities and urgent asks. • Upper-level management changes priorities abruptly, leading to constant context switching and movement of engineers between teams. • Operational cost-cutting leads to the adoption of cheaper tools, which can be difficult to use, poorly integrated, and slow down productivity. • Lack of stable long-term direction, as rapid changes in strategy often overshadow thoughtful planning and execution.
