Pros

Good brand to work under Gain knowledge in DNS DHCP AND IPAM Great team memebers Free dinner Free laundry Free ice creams Lavish Outings

Cons

The managers at Trivandrum office are not having prior experience working in a management role and hence the decisions taken are making it worst for the employees to work. The team leads or the managers doesn't have genuine care or responsibility to rectify and take steps to resolve any concerns put forward by an employee. Managers tend to favour and give promotions to " friends " and not take into consideration the amount of effort put in by an employee. As an employee you should be in a "smoke or tea group "lead by a team lead or a manager to gain your promotions. If you are "not" part of the " smoke or tea group ", then you might sit at the same position for many more years to come. The promotion is conducted via an internal interview process, however the results are manipulated to favour the " smoke/tea break friends ". A systematic growth or insight is lacking and often employees end up searching for new jobs. Salary is minimal - even a top performer is not paid good. Hike is less annually. No actions or initiatives are taken to appreciate the employees. Public " making fun " comments passed about employees who might be struggling to catch up the work. The Director at trivandrum office is not efficient to run the business or he is blind in addressing the genuine cocnerns that are brought up. The SMEs are not experts in their subject and tend to give excuses to skip a question asked by an employee- a prime example of how a favourable promoted person is inefficient in his role than the deserving one. The HR at trivandrum office doesn't pay any attention to your needs or cocnerns and is hardly persent during the office hours. Mostly busy with discussing national politics with other managers.

Pros

Most people are smart and multi-tasked. They are easy to work with and don't mind to work overtime, overnight or even over the weekend to achieve the goal.

Cons

60+ working hours per week and management is expecting you to check emails 365/24/7. No 100% personal time during PTO. They need you to bring laptop or check email when you are OOO. Pay is 10-15% below market price. Wasting $$$ on luxious parties or giveaways instead of giving people a reasonable raise. As long as you can BS or kiss ass, then you will get promoted or raise in short period of time without any achievement. Life is not fair @ Infoblox.

Executives out of their element

Pros

Great relationships to be made with your peers.

Cons

Executives comes from uber large companies like Cisco and HP and have no idea what's involved in running a small organization. They run marketing programs and expense tens of thousands of leads, and get dozens. They don't know how not to be in a large enterprise. Sales expectations are crazy and everyone knows it. Field level staff have known about this impeding slow down (the QTR misses) for years but no one in exec level wants to acknowledge it.
