Pros

You can learn how to be slave driven! Linux platform with open source. You can get promoted if you know how to please execs.

Cons

Nothing much to learn. HR asks people to post positive posts because they can't find people. Talk to people who left. Be ready to please the clue less management and be ready to rat out on your colleagues. If you can't do this then forget this company.

- Good place to learn new technologies. - Free Dinner - Working with knowledgeable people - Free and Friendly environment - Team outings

Cons

- The lower level management doesn't know to manage the things properly. The biggest proof of it is the most number of Support Engineer's leaving the organisation (Trivandrum office) this year (2019). - No proper roadmap for an employee to grow in the organisation. If a tenured employee is not meeting your expectations, his manager should be accountable for unable to motivate and groom the resource. Afterall, you hire an employee after verifying his capabilities. - You can smell a bit of favoritism in promotions. Many deserving candidates were left out.

Top performers can make money but compensation plan changes from next FY so no one knows the future. Can't think of pros!

Cons

New management team. They are confused Infoblox is as strong as Cisco. So they believe people will follow as as we say. No future!!!!!
