Pros

Leader in DDI space, many women in leadership roles, highly diverse, pet insurance, a lot of nice employees.

Cons

No equity, significant number of jobs (and nearly entire departments) going overseas, hiring so many recent grads the culture took a nosedive, personally witnessed unethical behavior and saw many leave as a result. I left as a result.

The culture at Infoblox is a living breathing entity. Not a piece of paper on the wall. The leadership team is incredible and the people who work here are extremely motivated and inspiring.

Cons

Really nothing. I feel this place does not have the boiler room feel but an inclusive, positive and overall great atmosphere.
