The people / teams are very good, but lack the overall engagement and direction by senior management.

Cons

Worst executive team. They are in it for themselves. A lot of talk with no action. They don't know how to work together as a team. Poor decisions or no decisions.

Culture changed drastically with a new 'data-driven' CEO - wants to play with the big boys but can't grow fast enough to get into the markets they want Stock buyback program instead of spending money on giving raises Tons of offshoring, with predictable results New layers of middle management in engineering and PM, with people who do absolutely nothing except bark orders God help you if you get stuck on the wrong team.
