Pros

1. Some pockets of good folks... for now. 2. Solid product with a strong and loyal customer base. 3. They pay well.

Cons

1. Acquired by a private equity firm, that has been slashing staff, moving jobs to India and Tacoma. 2. Incredibly political environment. 3. Inept exec staff that cares little about what customers actually want/need. 4. All the sharp folks and top architects have been paid out in the acquisition and are now leaving the company. 5. Massive turnover in the sales org and the new folks don't know how to sell the product. 6. NIOS, their primary product is on its last leg and there is no plan to replace it. 7. Depressing environment. 8. Revolving door in sales, marketing, channel and product. 9. Braggart CEO, that rarely lets you forget he drives a florescent Lamborghini, is friends with every CEO in the valley and flys in private jets.

Pros

Good products. Decent benefits. The H.R. department is helpful.

Cons

Not a place to learn transferable skills. The market is too small, the technology is too narrow and business acumen is Neanderthal. Uncertain future. Employee turnover is hypersonic.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work. People were generally helpful and friendly.

Cons

After the buyout, a lot of people left and morale is near zero. Firing people and moving jobs to Tacoma, WA. Marketing lacks consistent vision and messaging.

Although there have been some changes post acquisition, our core values have remained the same. Transparency, Collaboration and the No Jerks policy remain key to our culture. Employee referrals are extremely important to our recruiting efforts and we value our employee’s recommendations of talent. If you have someone you would love to work with again, please send them to Human Resources! We offer cash bonuses up to $4,000 for hired referrals, as well as monthly drawings for other cool stuff!
