      Great core product with a loyal customer base Rank and file that are good people Great niche to be in right now

      Cons

      Cisco/India Mafia taking over. Every management position that is filled is another Indian or Cisco refugee The Indians cannot make a decision to save their lives and the Cisco folks think they have all the answers. We are onto our third C T O since I started. No promotion from within "Manage Up!" is the mantra. The hell with the people below you, kiss up and throw workers under the bus as needed for lubrication.

Some of the comments are not accurate as Vista is mainly known for growing the top line revenue of their portfolio companies as one of their best practices. Growing revenues creates value in the organization which is their primary goal for their portfolio companies. We continue to attract and hire top candidates from the competition who see the value of DNS Security, and Infoblox is at the forefront of this market shift.

      A bright shining star, no a dull sinking ship

      Pros

      An amazing startup with a go to history that any silicon valley company would be jealous of A rich and rewarding experience through April 2012.

      Cons

      Moral is as about as high as being on a ship in the north Atlantic, May 31, 1911 Future prospects are just about as bright as the future on said ship... even the rodents have left. Vista was wise to make it a leveraged buy out.

      Thank you for the feedback. Yes, Infoblox does have a rich history that we are proud of. We also understand change is difficult, but all companies must change to adapt to the future. The company has made the right decisions to seize upcoming opportunities, and we strongly believe our future is bright.
