Horrible Leadership and incompetent HR

Pros

Salary came on time. That's about it

Cons

Fire your HR team and get people who actually know what they're doing. Senior management is useless and doesn't listen to problems going on internally.

Pros

If you negotiate well, your pay will exceed most other competitors. If you are in a management role or higher your job will be protected. The CEO (Jesper) does truly want Infoblox to improve its culture and means what he says.

Cons

Prioritization of external hires, little path tho advancement Male-dominated environment where harassment goes unaddressed Unsafe for minorities - people openly use slurs out loud and in email about ALL minority groups Interview process is disorganized, discourteous, and chaotic

Good place to work for but low pay for Bay Area

Pros

Listened about the remote policy and understands that even after covid, people would like to have a more flexible WFH policy. People are really nice and can be easy to work with Work life balance isn't too bad depending on which department you are in

Cons

Compared to the pay in the bay area, I would argue that Infoblox pays less than market. They don't have equity and it's not made up for in the salary + bonus unless you're a sales person. The company does really well and at most, you will get a higher bonus percentage and a thank you email - no time off. Low, low on the diversity - they're trying by hiring a leader, which is great but after seeing the numbers, there's barely any women or minorities, which is so disappointing.
