There are no perks at Infoblox

Cons

Leadership is disengaged and focused on fancy trips and yelling at their subordinates for not doing their jobs. They encourage their managers and directors to be unethical and described in detail what to do to be unethical. Very bureaucratic environment, no clear path to company’s goal or visions. Company is upside down due to complete overhaul of all their systems and processes. No culture, no collaboration and no growth opportunities.

Gives you room to ramp up and grow Appreciates hard work No Jerks Policy Colleagues are very friendly Low/Zero politic Works with various kinds of people in different zones

Cons

Some times have to support/discuss in non-work hours due to timezone. Not a problem for me.

Great team and technology Culture is awesome and lot of learning opportunities in engineering

Cons

Pay is way lower compared to the market and on top it is there is no equity

Regarding compensation—while there are always outliers in every industry, Infoblox pays above market value for all roles, with engineering being at the top of that list. I would encourage you, if you haven’t already, to reach out to your manager and HR team to discuss any gaps in compensation you feel.
