Strong product management and engineering teams

Cons

Company core values include "Act with Integrity"...but Sales Exec Management doesn't practice what they preach. They make commission plan commitments then change the game / definitions mid-stream to avoid pay outs

Pros

Good working environment, fair pay, stock options and benefits.

Cons

Management turnover created a lot of employee turnover in our department. Company was bought out and went private, stock options are no more. With all of the changes, hard to recommend.

We expected some turnover as its normal when companies transition from Public to Privately held. We maintain our core company values which includes a No Jerks Policy and take that very seriously.
