      Pros

      If you negotiate well, your pay will exceed most other competitors. If you are in a management role or higher your job will be protected. The CEO (Jesper) does truly want Infoblox to improve its culture and means what he says.

      Cons

      Prioritization of external hires, little path tho advancement Male-dominated environment where harassment goes unaddressed Unsafe for minorities - people openly use slurs out loud and in email about ALL minority groups Interview process is disorganized, discourteous, and chaotic

      Exec staff doesn't seem trustworthy and may not really have a grasp of day to day operation

      We believe we currently have the best and brightest in the industry. While our executive team has had some turn over in the last year, we feel we are replacing them with key team players to help nurture and grow us to the next level!
