      Pros

      they have new management, maybe they can do better. Some guys on the team work hard while most others are useless. Old management accepted that. They were empire building. Maybe new management can turn it around. Decent pay and stock grant when stock was better, but now stock is in toilet

      clueless upper management. workload is unbalanced. Old timers are treated like royalty while new guys and H1s are made to grind it out. Entitled culture with too many layers of middle management. Play stupid games like filing bugs which are known to be false to waste your time. Call your family and harass them and play mean games with them to scare them. Despicable
