      The CEO is focused on the right things and building a transparent organization that encourages taking risks and being innovative. New leadership with depth to take us to the next steps. I'm liking what I see.

      Lots of energy, smart people, focus on building a great culture, taking on the challenge of growing to a multi-billion dollar company.

      Cons

      Going through some growing pains. Lots of investment in new systems, processes etc to help us scale effectively to a billion dollars and beyond.
