Pros

US Enterprise West Management is outstanding. From the top down, they listen and act on your behalf. A very customer (re: sales) driven culture. CEO is also very good, and the right guy for their golden market opportunities. Field Architects, Security Architects and Product Management are superior.

Cons

Senior Sales Management and Sale Management in other organizations (ex: Security) are ex-EMC, and they act like it. So, if you enjoy a metrics-driven sales culture in these organizations, then this is the job for you.
