Pros

Flexibility in working remote, nice laptops of your choosing, bonuses, personally I have great work/life balances and am not expected to work outside of my hours

Cons

Pay can be lower than the market, last year they withheld the mid-annual bonus until the end of the FY to budget, there are some lay offs in the last year

Thank you for your review of your Bloxer experience, especially highlighting our work - life balance! It's important to us that our employees are given the tools to be successful and time away from work to avoid burnout. We have also experienced a lot of change this year that's required some difficult decisions so we can continue to grow in a steady, tenable manner. Many of those decisions have led to lots of positive growth that has enabled us to award the hard work of our employees. While we withheld our midyear bonus payout until the end of the fiscal year, we were happy to pay out the full amount after riding out the economic uncertainties of the time.

Infoblox is not only an amazing place to work but it's a place where I feel welcome and open to be my full self. Incentives to be healthy, fun events to keep things exciting and lots of employee resource groups to keep us connected. Infoblox is a "Where I Belong"!

Cons

When free lunches are provided twice a week and chair massages once a month, the work is great and the employees are just amazing people to be around there is not much to complain about.
