      Pros

      Good working environment, fair pay, stock options and benefits.

      Cons

      Management turnover created a lot of employee turnover in our department. Company was bought out and went private, stock options are no more. With all of the changes, hard to recommend.

We expected some turnover as its normal when companies transition from Public to Privately held.       Pros

      None you don't want to be at this company or any where near it.

      Cons

      This company's terrible culture and people have final caught up to them. There on a rocket ride but its down not up. Hopefully Cisco will hire all these idiots and they can finish them off as well and kill another bad culture.

      There are no perks at Infoblox

      Cons

      Leadership is disengaged and focused on fancy trips and yelling at their subordinates for not doing their jobs. They encourage their managers and directors to be unethical and described in detail what to do to be unethical. Very bureaucratic environment, no clear path to company’s goal or visions. Company is upside down due to complete overhaul of all their systems and processes. No culture, no collaboration and no growth opportunities.
