Pros

Nice people, free snacks, and occasional free food.

Cons

Team is led by a micromanager. Manager ruled by fear, always asked where you went if you left for a break for too long. Long nights, sometimes staying until 1AM during month end.

Pros

There weren't any to speak of.

Cons

When they bought IID they used high pressure tactics to get contracts signed without negotiation. After receiving the first part of my signing bonus (six months) I wrote an email to my boss and his boss asking to discuss management (or lack thereof). My boss responded by retaliating. I tendered my resignation to HR. HR never even asked what the heck was going on.

We would like to look into your particular situation further, as retaliation is something we do not stand for. If you could please email tacomarecruiting@infolox.com, we would love to hear more. Thank you.

Pros

Good work/life balance Decent perks such as free food/snacks/drinks Unlimited time off if you're a salaried employee Some really great people doing some really great things

Cons

Extremely political Unrealistic deadlines for major projects Key players on major projects don't listen to the people actually doing the work Have seen others be cut down by envious coworkers Have seen the company values been used as weapons against some people C level players in many key aspects of upper management No real chance to move up unless you're hand selected by upper management Only way to get selected by upper management is by brown nosing Pay is being cut and roles being moved from HQ to places like Tacoma, WA and India in an effort to cut costs Poor 401k plan
