I have been on Infogain’s senior management team for several years. Infogain has a clear strategy and is a global leader in two niche areas. The company has established and refined its training and campus recruitment programs and is re-launching its career development / professional mentoring program. I have seen the company more than double in employee strength, largely due to great enthusiasm, expertise, and effort among our project managers and their delivery teams. The project managers collaborate with each other to get things done/identify needed improvements and really help drive the company forward. Compared to other options, working at Infogain gives you better training, more one-on-one time with your manager, and more chance for onsite opportunities in the US, Middle East, and Europe.

Cons

Lunch is veg-only and not many salad options. You have to arrive early to get a good parking space.
