Pros

Large scale codebase with engagement client with plenty of new tasks everyday to work on. Senior engineers were very knowledgeable. Employee benefits were good. Work life balance was good.

Cons

Very difficult to progress in ladder due to company's constant team changing structure and having to onboard onto new projects all the time. Project outcomes are not recognized by management, no matter how impactful, are not seen as valuable metrics. Very low senior support due to their overbooked calendar. Project managers are unknowledgeable about the products they are supporting and incapable of assigning projects to fellow employees since constant team changing requires onboarding for new projects. No extensive code reviews by seniors and fact-checks by upper management leading to issues for entry level engineers to fix.
