Pros

There were very few pros during my time at this company. A few of the colleagues were friendly, but the overall atmosphere was overwhelmingly negative.

Cons

Toxic Work Culture: This company fosters a hostile work environment where favoritism and office politics are the norm. Instead of fostering collaboration, management encourages backstabbing and undermining others to get ahead. Poor Leadership: Leadership is inexperienced, uncommunicative, and disorganized. Decisions are often made on the fly without proper strategy or input from employees. Management regularly fails to follow through on promises, leaving staff members frustrated and demotivated. Lack of Support or Growth Opportunities: There are zero opportunities for advancement or professional development. The company doesn't invest in its employees, and you’ll find yourself stuck in the same position with no clear path forward. Unrealistic Expectations & Overwork: Employees are regularly overloaded with work and expected to complete unreasonable tasks within impossible deadlines. The work-life balance is non-existent. Low Pay & Benefits: Compensation is far below industry standards, and benefits are minimal at best. The company’s idea of employee recognition is nonexistent. High Turnover: Staff retention is poor, which says a lot about the company’s internal culture. Employees are constantly leaving due to burnout, stress, and frustration with management’s inability to provide support.
