Pros

Workmates and colleagues are the bright spot here. Colleagues tend to support each other quite a bit, sharing info and learning while on projects.

Cons

CEO and leadership culture leans toward uninspired guidance and industry leadership. "Body shop" culture is the norm with low cost staffers shipped in from overseas so as to be able to bid as low cost provider on local (u.s.) based client projects.

Once you have proven yourself . You will be taken care of . Some of the old time managers are good .technologies are good .

Cons

Practically everything that deals with growth is bad. Not ample opportunities
