Abusive management, lack of communication, incompetence (deadlines often missed in a field where missing deadlines is extremely rare), lack of respect in the industry (told often by outsiders glad I was there in an otherwise sea of incompetence), lack of professional habits, over promising and under delivering, calls at all hours (1 AM was not uncommon; weekends not uncommon) on any day from management though while often having no availability during work day

Poor Benefit and PTO. No sick leave
