      Pros

      I am working as a full time employee for infolob for the past 5 years. It is a great experience working for Infolob so far. CEO Vijay Cherukuri takes great care of their employees. Infolob has grown leaps and bounds in 6 years and there is more in store ahead. I never had issues with pay checks and the marketing and HR department are awesome and they respond very good for the employees reqeusts and questions.

      I dont have any cons to mention. It is a very good experience working for Infolob.

      Pros

      Started my career with Infolob solutions, and should say they are one of the best. Management always acted in the best interests of the employees. Like their tag line says, blending services , technology and results, they came a long way in partnering with oracle , further stepping up the game. Their recent partnerships are an epitome of their success My experience, they were always prompt with salaries and rewarding them equally for all their employee efforts. Always valued employee opinions and provided continual efforts to help them grow. Given this chance i will sincerely recommend Infolob solutions on any given day.

      Payments are on time without any delay

      management here is ok, sometimes they don't even know few things what they are working and no proper explanation on questions asked anything related to work or immigration etc.. One bad thing about this company i would say is they are not transparent about PO (purchase order), they will never reveal correct billing what they are charging from any Vendor or Client, they expect you to trust them. If you ask them you want to see your PO, they will show you some paper which reflects exact billing what they mention to you, but if you ask for proper proof lets say email confirmation from vendor showing PO, they will just say its not a company policy. While joining they will promise for 80-20 pay on percentage bases, but looking at the facts it could be 70-30 or even 60-40, you never know. If you are looking for making good money and people who value your skills and effort then this is not a best fit for you.
