Leaders are easily approachable and are highly equipped with knowledge. Great work environment. Flexible timings. No micro management. HR team is easily approachable and approves the request.

Cons

Salaries for the fresher level are low. Leave management cycle is not appropriate as we have to keep chasing the managers for approvals not the HR team.
