There are better companies, but definitely Infolob is not a bad one.
Pros
Disclaimer: I started working for a company which later merged into part of Infolob, Many things are still changing. - Small company means communication is very direct, I like my thoughts easily reach to top management. - Pay check never failed or delayed. - I like the client they assigned to me. - Management are open to listen employee's opinions, *sometimes* are flexible. - Management work hard to grow the company. - Most people there are nice.
Cons
- Their client list is still small, some of those they keep mentioning are not longer working with them. - Initial pay is lower than average of the industry, you will need to proof yourself and negotiate for better salary. - Health benefit is decent, but it's expensive and there's no family plan... - Other benefits are standard and basic (PTO, 401k, life Insurance etc) - Sometime they ask you to interview people outside of your working time. - The company still lacks of well defined policies and career plan.
