      Great place to start a career but not to stay long term

      Good social opportunities Flexible working Good place to get a few years experience out of uni

      Cons

      They take advantage of their staff! You have to work above your pay grade for at least a year to show you can do the job that you want to be promoted for before they will ever promote you. Even then, promotions have to be begged for and you never feel like you are being rewarded for hard work, you are made to feel like there are doing you a favour. Low pay Terrible bonus structure Like an old boys club. The sales team get away with murder and treating their staff terribly
