      Flexible working hours and great central located office

      Cons

      Lack of clarity/honesty from senior managers, everything seems to be done behind closed doors and they don't value great members of the team who have left because of little support/progression Lack of progression and internal promotion - new roles aren't shared internally or even announced when people leave.
