      A relaxed yet productive environment. World renowned publications. Very good work/ life balance and team building events. Brilliant Central London location. Kind and thoughtful colleagues and management

      Too many tourists around building when you need to pop to the bank etc

      Company is opening up to new ideas and actively listens to new initiatives from younger members of staff. Friendly working environment, colleagues socialise across business lines. Quick progression to senior roles

      Cons

      Some staff members who have been with the business for a long time which are stifling growth Ceiling to progression given the small size of the country Small budgets and tough capital targets make growth hard. Teams need more people in order to launch new products
