Really good culture, friendly people, excellent location and plenty of autonomy for someone so fresh in their career!

Cons

Bonus Scheme needs reviewing. Office in need of lick of paint, quite tired/boring interior and design.

Good people and a fairly good team atmosphere.

Cons

No job progression. Little to no management. It feels like the company is just ticking over and passing time, rather than doing anything interesting or unique. High staff turnover too. Wages stagnant due to no progression.
