Pros

Other than remote work, this company has no redeeming qualities.

Cons

Pay is extremely low. Like basically minimum wage. Overtime for hourly employees is strictly monitored and restricted. New CTO is out of touch with reality and will likely move all support and development offshore (if this hasn’t happened already). Management promises salary review and raises but then lays off entires teams afterwards. Engineering is literally one megalomaniacal software engineer who “knows everything” and thinks everyone else is below average intelligence. Mentorship program and culture committee are performative at best and basically useless.

Pros

Independent working. Pay raises Bonuses

Cons

Sneaky Company with no morals. Had workers train people from Manila and shortly thereafter, they laid those people off. So they were essentially training the people that took their jobs. I’m sure they are paying them less too.
