Pros
The technical leadership for middle management was the most understanding and wonderful to work with (Manager to director) - They truly care and the team I got to build was fantastic. The other groups I met were wonderful and completely aligned to take things to the next level
Cons
C-Suite mastered incompetency like no other for personal gain, doesn't understand their own clients or market, indecisive, and one of the funniest to mention is if you speak the truth backed by data and evidence, they get offended and will remove people at will as "restructuring" or "layoff" silently. They don't have the guts to face you either when challenged and will make the people you love to work with let you go. There's no future and they just want to throw people with OT with no respect for family or balance. They also often take the most time off I've seen out of any C-Suite. Also, they keep cutting benefits but keep acting like switching providers is a win win for everyone.
