Pros
I thought there was alot of Pros but after giving 3 years of my life to this company I was wrong. They ran out of work for us, giving it all to Manilla workers who work for cheap and they let go all the US workers.
Cons
They will work you until they don't need you anymore! Then fire you for some "policy" and lie and say you had a bad performance review so you can't collect unemployment. They opened up in Manilla and decided to slowly get rid of US workers without any bad reviews on your file. I thought it was a good company then I learned the hard way. Don't waist your time, the pay is below what McDonalds workers are getting.
