Pros

There used to be many…

Cons

This company used to be decent: offering low wages for flexible stay at home job. The company made an acquisition and purchased a competitor and has gone down hill ever since. The employees gained in the acquisition are not friendly, nor helpful. The communication is all over the place. The pay is even lower and the flexibility is slowly being filtered out…

Pros

They provide their own equipment. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Too many issues with this company to be able to name them all in a paragraph, so i'll hit the major ones. No transparency, the way the system operates depends on what each group manager's needs are for that day. All the tools you're given as an employee to do the job with are broken or somehow glitched. The calling system is virtually non-functional at this point, and they have everyone operating from pre-fabricated lists designed to control WHO STAYS AND WHO GOES. They constantly thank you for putting up with of their shortcomings as a company, but when your metrics don't meet up to previous promises they made over a year ago, all of that is forgotten and you're treated like a problem employee, even though your powerless to bring about any positive changes due to the constraints they've created in their own system. It's basically a trap at this point, the only people being hired are ones they think they can use to prop their "favorites" up. I assure you, I did some hardcore "looking around" in this company, I had worked other departments just to get a better view. And I was there way longer than 6 months. Everything about this company at it's core behavior is about their ability to operate it at super cheap levels. No matter the personal, mental, or financial cost to the lower tier employee. I lost 2,500 dollars trying to stay on with this company. People don't do that if "they didn't make the cut" or "don't have it in them" to complete the work. In all just stay away from this company if you value the sanctity of you mental health and your most precious commodity: TIME. Because they'll try every trick in the book to rob you of it, for the low price of 12 bucks an hour.
