      Awesome place to Work, Learn and Upgrade

      Pros

      Learning new Technology and work culture is really good. Increment is better than Service based companies but not up to profit making Product level companies. Colleagues are very approachable and work environment is quite positive.

      Cons

      Hike and Increments are still bit confusing.

      Pros

      You can be independent but teamwork is crucial to learning and coordination. Self-starter is mandatory. You can get lots of team support as long as you reach out for it. Excellent place to stay abreast of the latest in sophisticated data integration and cloud technologies. As a management consultant, I can bring real solutions to data governance challenges that previously were only organizational. The company puts a focus on work/life balance, but as in any company, that balance comes and goes.

      Cons

      Sales is the primary driver. As a non-sales consultant, I can't participate in the same merit bonuses that salespeople get. Also, you could work 24/7 if you're not careful. 'Unlimited' vacation is a double-edged sword. Easy to become isolated as a remote consultant. Never had an official new employee orientation, and as a result have never been to the home office in Redwood City.

      Good health and dental benefits. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Inexperienced Business Development management team leadership promotes poor working environment and low team morale. No formal training-figure it out yourself. No incentive to excel and exceed earnings targets. High turn over.
