Communication goes well to employees Leadership team is easy to access and decision process are fast Alliances and technology partners are responsive to Informatica strategy Customer recognizes the skills of people, quality of support and strong product roadmaps The ongoing change toward cloud and subscription is well managed

      Great company that truly offers opportunities and recognises employee's hard work. Innovation is in the company's culture and great talent can be found there. I'm looking for the next Informatica big thing.

      Informatica has become a large organisation, adapting to the market/demand takes more time. team spread across the world makes you work around the clock.

      Leader in Data Management and leaders in Gartners all six magic quadrants. Maintaining number for 11 consecutive years in Customer Loyalty. Amazing Product and access to new technologies. Great Workplace and fun to work. Helpful employees and highly professional. Management is transparent. Roadmap looking good and optimistic.

      Skillset of the employees has to be taken care enabling him to be more productive and industry ready.
