      The company supports people who are interested and take the initiative to advance their career. Making connections with mid to senior staff at the corporate headquarters is essential.

      Cons

      The company embraces the family business atmosphere. One of the pros is advancement with the advantage to network with corporate personnel. Without that, the con is you're isolated in remote satellite offices and sometimes (often) isolated.

      New leadership didn't take a serious approach to compensating seasoned sales executives, who have made the company 10s of millions of dollars over the years.
