Great experience working with multiple clients in many different industries. When not traveling, have the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

Heavy workload, extensive travel, benefits are some of the worst I’ve seen, bonus and pay raises are stagnant

Great breadth of experience and opportunity to work globally.

Cons

ISG bought out TPI replacing the TPI founders who upheld all the right things that make a great company. Such as ethics, morals, promoting family values, sharing the wealth, honesty and humility. ISG brought in the opposite of these traits.

Ability to work remote.

Cons

Historically no bonuses or minimal bonuses are paid out every year. 2018 has proven to be no different, and raises for 2019 averaged 2% across the company (Not to mention, those insulting increases don't even go into effect until July 1st) There is one exception...Mike Connors. He gives himself a raise, a bonus and stock options every year.
